Modern place, comfortable beds, well-trained staff. Variety of more than adequate and free breakfast options. Location just off stores including Target, the Minnesota State Fair and college campus. Good food in the attached restaurant in the vicinity.

Staff was attentive and professional. The reservation process was simple and straightforward and the rooms were furnished tastefully and comfortably. The game room and pool area were well kept and designed. We used the shuttle service to go to the State Fair. It was a good choice.
Finding it....getting to it from I35 was not simple. Wish there would have been some signs along the route. I also could plainly hear the people talking in the next room. I was surprised by this and it was only for a brief time. It did not create any issues for me however. Neither of these issues would keep me from using this hotel in the future.

This hotel is not worth the price. The pool area is good but the design of the hotel poor. The main (and only, really) hallway is forever long so having a room at the far end means a VERY long walk to the lobby and restaurant. The rooms on the main floor anywhere near the main lobby will be very loud on any weekend the ballroom is booked. For the price, I expected more out of this hotel and was dissapointed. On a side note, the elevator at the very far end of the hotel, closest to my room, was the scariest elevator I have ever ridden on. Every time we entered it the door would partially shut and then the elevator would jolt up or down several inches before the doors finally shut. Exiting we experienced the same thing. I swore I was gonna get stuck every time I rode in that thing.....

I was doing work downtown, but the hotels in the city were all booked, so I had to stay out in Roseville at your hotel. The availability and the personnel and were in charge of shuttling me back and forth were wonderful, especially Jose.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. Our room was large and very clean. The shower head was wonderful, and the bed was very comfortable.
There was really nothing we didn't like.

The King Room Sofa Bed was pretty average. It didn't stand out as super comfy, just was like a typical hotel bed. I noticed some wear and tear in the room, kinda disappointing. The sofa bed was okay for lounging but not great for sleeping. Nothing really special about the overall feel either. Just a basic stay, you know?

Liked the availability of room service and dining facilities. Liked the convenience of booking on line and the relative price. The check in was smooth but the people at the desk were friendly and helpful but were unfamiliar with the on-line booking process that I used. I liked the amenities such as bottled water that was provided in the bathroom and the real coffee mugs in the living space. Also, the wireless was great.
Aside from the lobby area, it looked like it had seen better days. The hallway carpets seemed worn or lumpy and the lighting was low. The room was fine and looked good but things that were not often used, such as the side chair obviously were not dusted or cleaned.

An unexpected poolside adventure
The heated pool was a good surprise for the kids, providing endless joy after a long day. The in-house dining staff was attentive.
We faced delays with breakfast service, dampening our spirits.

The heated pool impressed me. It was perfect after a long day. The in-house dining offered varied choices, made meals easy. Staff showed attentiveness and were friendly throughout our stay. The hallway had an unpleasant odor, which detracted from the comfort. Some of the decor felt outdated, with chipped paint and worn carpet. Housekeeping needs better coordination, as our room wasn't cleaned until late afternoon once. Overall a decent stay, but improvements could make it even better.

The King Room with Sofa Bed was spacious and well-furnished. The pool area was enjoyable, especially when it wasn't crowded with noisy teenagers. The room cleanliness was unsatisfactory. I found stained linens and trash on the carpet, disappointing for a hotel at this level.

The stay was decent, but I was disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. While the staff were friendly and service was good, I encountered issues like ripped carpet and exposed lamp cords. The in-house dining at Axels restaurant was quite enjoyable.
